P ayment schedule :

Depending on whether you buy a finished apartment , apartment at rough building or off-plan ( with a building right ), there are different payment schedules :

Off-plan purchase :
• 30% upon signing of the Preliminary contract ;
• 30% upon completion of the rough building - Act 14;
• 30% ( puttying and rendering ) - Act 15 .
• 10 % - upon title transfer of the apartment .

Purchase at rough building :
60% from the price of the apartment shall be paid upon signing of the Preliminary contract . In the title deed shall be specified the type of installments and the term in which the customer assumes the obligation to pay the remaining 40% of the amount . Regardless of the stage of completion , at which the customer buys the apartment , he shall also due the taxes and state fees provided by law .

Purchase of finished apartment
Upon purchase of a finished apartment , the customer normally pays in one installment the full amount of the price .
