Location:
The development is situated at the base of the Pirin mountain . The location of the site is adjacent to Pirin National Park, a Unesco World Heritage site, and 1 km away from one of the 5 golf courses being developed in the area. The ski lifts are approximately 4km away and there are on site shuttles working throughout the year to and from the resort of Bansko and other local areas of natural beauty.   More importantly, it will have direct access to the new ski slopes and all the associated facilities, which are in the new Territorial Master Plan for the Pirin area.

 

It is actually within the tree line so over 50 percent of the trees are to be kept to give the site a feeling of being well established and also in line with the philosophy of the developer to observe the areas natural beauty. The developer is a partnership of Irish, British and Bulgarian individuals and they are keen to build something of high quality and value.

Standard of finish for the apartments:
